Getting started
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. This applies to each color and material combination within a style. For first-time orders, we can discuss flexible arrangements if you're testing a new market or launching a pilot collection.
Can I order samples before committing to bulk production?
Yes. We strongly recommend sampling before any bulk order. Sample lead time is typically 15–20 days. Sample costs depend on complexity but are generally refundable against your first bulk order. We produce pre-production samples for your approval before any bulk run begins.
How long does bulk production take?
Standard bulk lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on order quantity, material availability, and complexity. We provide a detailed production timeline with every confirmed order.
What is your payment terms?
We typically work with 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat orders with established trust, we can discuss more flexible terms. We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C for larger orders.
Materials & your brand
What materials do you work with?
We offer four material tiers: premium PU leather (trend-responsive, visually consistent), split leather (cost-balanced with authentic leather feel), top-grain leather (department store quality), and full genuine leather (luxury positioning). We'll recommend the right tier based on your target retail price and market positioning.
Can you apply our brand logo?
Absolutely. We support five logo application methods: debossing (pressed into leather), embossing (raised effect), metal logo plates (gold, silver, antique, or custom tone), printed marks, and woven labels. We'll help you choose the method that best suits your material and positioning.
Can I customize hardware tone and finishes?
Yes. We offer standard hardware tones including gold, silver, antique brass, brushed nickel, and rose gold. Custom Pantone-matched hardware is available for orders of 300+ pieces per style. All hardware is tested for durability and color fastness.
Do you provide packaging and labeling?
Yes. We offer three packaging levels: standard (poly bag + carton), retail-ready (dust bag + tissue insert + branded carton), and premium (custom box + ribbon + care card + branded tape). We also handle FBA labeling, barcoding, and channel-specific compliance marking.
Quality & logistics
How do you ensure quality consistency?
We follow a six-step quality system: incoming material inspection → first-article approval → in-line production checks → pre-shipment inspection → packaging audit → shipping documentation review. What certifications do you hold?
Our facility holds BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and ISO 9001:2015 quality management certifications. We can also arrange material-specific testing (REACH, Prop 65, CPSIA) through third-party labs upon request.
Where are you located, and how do you ship?
Our factory is in Quanzhou, Fujian, China. We ship FOB Xiamen port (or other China ports as needed). We support all major Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP. Shipping methods include sea freight (most economical for bulk), air freight (faster for samples or urgent orders), and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS for small parcels).
Can you handle custom designs, or only existing styles?
Both. We offer OEM (you provide the design, we manufacture) and ODM (we develop designs based on your market direction and brief). For ODM projects, share your target customer, retail range, and aesthetic references, and we'll propose a development direction.
